TODD CONKLIN AWARDED COVETED SRS DESIGNATION
Todd Conklin, CEO of Coldwell Banker Distinctive Properties in Steamboat Springs, Vail, and Sun Valley, has completed the Premier Seller Agency Designation Course for Real Estate
Professionals and has been awarded the Seller Representative Specialist designation.
SRS designees are members of an elite group of specially trained seller advocates with extensive training in both manual and electronic marketing methods that uniquely promote properties to the widest range of prospective purchasers. Meghan Meehan has joined Coldwell Banker Distinctive Properties and The Meehan Real Estate Group as a Broker Associate working out of the Vail Village office.
Meehan was born and raised in the Vail Valley and have been working in real estate for the past 5 years. As the Marketing Manager of the Meehan Real Estate Group, Meehan was trained in all aspects of the real estate market and was successful in providing distinguished service for the Group and it’s clients. As a native of the Vail Valley, Meehan is knowledgeable in all of the incredible aspects that make this area such a special place to live, and has a unique ability to help make living in Vail a reality for Buyers from around the world.

Dave Moloney has joined Coldwell Banker Distinctive Properties as a full-time sales associate working out of the Steamboat Springs office.
Moloney has been a Broker since 1990 and served his industry well as a Member of the Legislative Policy Committee for the Colorado Association of REALTORS and top producer. In addition, Moloney is a certified ePRO and REO Specialist.

Dennis Koller has joined Coldwell Banker Distinctive Properties and the as a full-time sales associate working out of the Vail Village office. Dennis made the decision to call Vail home back in 1974 and has enjoyed the lifestyle ever since.

JIM KUEHN JOINS COLDWELL BANKER
Jim Kuehn has joined Coldwell Banker Distinctive Properties as an Associate Broker working out of the Sun Valley office.
Kuehn is a long time resident of the valley, first visiting in 1973 for “one winter”. After 40 years, Kuehn continues to enjoy the lifestyle of Sun Valley while giving back to the community to ensure the economic and social vitality he has enjoyed, continues for future generations to enjoy.
